A warm welcome to Elizabeth, who signed up together with two friends, Jayden and Isabella. Three people on one spot makes quick work of it.
Elizabeth asked whether any cleanups are happening nearby. To be upfront: nothing is on the calendar right now in West Covina or nearby, and if one is planned we will email you. The best start is a small spot near home on a weekend afternoon: a before photo, a quick cleanup, an after photo, and share it on the site.
If you would like to clean in a city park, please ask the City of West Covina first. Their Community Services Department runs an Adopt a Park program and can tell you what is allowed.
Is there a spot near Barranca Street you have had your eye on? Reply here and say hello.
