Venice Beach Bike Path Sweep

We met at sunrise before the boardwalk woke up. The stretch where the bike path meets the dune grass collects everything the wind carries — wrappers, cups, and stray plastic.

Eight volunteers, ninety minutes, seven bags. By the time the first joggers came through, the dune line was spotless and the morning light did the rest.
